This PCI College course introduces you to the art of Journal to the Self®, a structured approach to writing that moves beyond simple diary-keeping. Eligibility

This workshop is for anyone who would like to explore their thoughts, emotions and experiences through journaling. No previous experience of journaling or creative writing is necessary – the focus is on self-expression, not writing technique.

IT Skills

All journaling exercises in class will be handwritten on pen and paper.
