I am also currently completing a third Master’s degree in Psychology, continuing to deepen my knowledge and clinical practice.
Alongside my professional work, I am a dedicated practitioner of yoga and meditation, both of which support my wellbeing and therapeutic presence. My greatest teacher, however, is my 10-year-old daughter—she constantly reminds me of the importance of presence, curiosity and play.
